12 Things on Sale You’ll Actually Want to Buy: From OXO to Sunday Riley

The second week of Ulta’s summer sale ends on Saturday, and Amazon and Target are price matching a few products, such as depuffing eye cream and a Dewy Dudes–approved moisturizer. And we’re just a day away from another summer weekend, so I’d recommended stocking up now on a new cold-brew coffee maker, water shoes for toddlers, and some Madewell jorts (of which there are plenty).

We crowned KitchenAid’s cold-brew coffee maker the best-looking option of the bunch. Jonathan Withers, the green-coffee buyer at Partners Coffee, is a fan, saying that it’s “solidly built and has a nice heft that keeps it from capsizing in the fridge or on your counter.”

I purchased this for my boyfriend back in February, and we’ve been using it nearly every week since with great results. It’s 20 percent off at Amazon if you’re a Prime member.

And here’s another Prime-member-only deal: Coway’s actually stylish and HEPA-equipped air purifier, which I also own and depend on for keeping my bedroom allergen free.

The Dewy Dudes told us that they use Belif’s cultish moisturizer during the hot summer months, noting that it “floods the skin with a rush of hydration.” The ultralight gel-cream texture and weightless feel also make it a nice makeup base.

Our favorite eye cream for depuffing is $19 off at Amazon, Target, and Ulta. It’s packed with caffeine and ginseng, which reduce puffiness, as well as lutein, a powerful antioxidant to add some glow.

Dozens of kids’ books are on sale at Amazon to help your child hit their summer reading goals — including the entirety of the Diary of a Wimpy Kid series.

If your kid’s Natives are already looking a little worse for wear this summer, pick up a new pair at Nordstrom in fun patterns like dinosaurs, camouflage, tie-dye, and lightning bolts.

At Madewell, select pieces (including already-on-sale-items) are 30 percent through July 11 when you use the code HOTDEAL. This slightly baggy pair of shorts is on sale in a light wash and would look nice over a swimsuit.

And in the men’s section, even more jorts — this time in a classic semi-faded black.

Some surprisingly lightweight chinos to sport in your overly air-conditioned office.

Here’s a massive (and pet-friendly) fern you can hang in your shower.

Strategist writer Latifah Miles finds Sugardoh’s at-home sugaring kit to be a gentler alternative to waxing. The results were “undeniable,” and she says she had never seen her skin “so hairless and free of irritation.”

The Strategist is designed to surface the most useful, expert recommendations for things to buy across the vast e-commerce landscape. Some of our latest conquests include the best acne treatments, rolling luggage, pillows for side sleepers, natural anxiety remedies, and bath towels. We update links when possible, but note that deals can expire and all prices are subject to change.
